6-Star Energy Rating
Heating and cooling a home adds cost to energy bills and impacts on the environment. The amount of energy needed to stay warm in winter and cool in summer has been reduced at Fifth Creek Rise through good design and construction.
The Australian Government's House Energy Rating Scheme - which enables the design of a home to be professionally assessed using sophisticated computer modelling - has awarded Fifth Creek Rise a universal 6-star rating.
